Black Pumas Deluxe (Music)
The initial release of this album somehow eluded me at the end of 2019, but the rerelease is even better. Featuring an extra 11 tracks (to go with their stellar 10 song LP), this album is unmissable for any fan of the psychedelic funk and soul of the 70’s. If you have not heard this Austin based band, you will very soon. They broke out on the scene last year, but they are getting huge recognition after their recent Grammy nominations. I am a pretty big fan of quite a few of the Album of the Year contenders, but I would certainly be happy to see this one win!
