Ethan Golding, 40, used to be married to Amy and they have an almost sixteen-year-old daughter. He’s bisexual (she knew before they got married) and have been divorced for five years now. He is the GM of Storybrook Endings Resort in the Catskills, his wife is the owner of this one and others. Taylor Frost, who is gay, is the personal assistant for Amy and is given the job of going to the resort to make sure everything is ready for her daughter’s birthday party. When he and Ethan meet there’s an instant attraction between the two. They try to fight it but give into it and have hot sex (very hot scenes) and fall for each other. They know it’s wrong and Amy would not be happy. When she finds out all hell breaks loose and it may end this relationship before it can begin. This is a well-written rom-com with two characters you root for to be together. Falling them on their journey is sweet and heartwarming. Fans of gay-themed novels will enjoy this one.
