Drawing on Irish traditions, the combined talents of the performers propel Irish dancing and music into the present day, capturing the imagination of audiences across all ages and cultures in an innovative and exciting blend of dance, music and song. Of all the performances to emerge from Ireland – in rock, music, theatre and film – nothing has carried the energy, the sensuality and the spectacle of Riverdance.

Riverdance touring is celebrating 20 years! With a stop at the lovely Winspear Opera House, part of the AT&T Performing Arts Center complex in Dallas, this production is amusing and boasts some very powerful performances. The lighting is beautiful throughout the entire production, creating a very airy and upbeat ambience.

The singer’s performances were simply beautiful. A very great showcase of not only Irish music, the dance numbers are amazing as they exhibit the traditional Irish dance form. The distinguished sound coming from the bagpipes will make you feel like you’re right in the heart of Ireland. This production can be a treat to both the young and old, and features some of the best ballet dancers out there. With such a solid production, there’s no doubt that Riverdance will be around for another 20 years!
