‘Game Of Thrones’ Preview

I like millions and millions of other people in the world cannot wait for Sunday, April 14th. That’s the day Game of Thrones finally returns for it’s final season of six episodes. It’s been a longggggggggggggggggg wait for fans. From what I have read about the final season (and it’s not much) as the show has done a good job of no spoilers being released. There will be a major and I am talking major battle scene. From reports this battle will be the battle of all battles and will eclipse anything the show has done before. According to Entertainment Weekly it took almost six months to shoot. And a funny story about the shooting of it is a helicopter flew over during filming and the producers freaked out thinking it was a paparazzi. There was a no fly zone over the filming. Turns out it was cop and it was an accident.

So what will happen in the final season? No one knows. What major characters will die and in the end who will be on the throne? Again now one but the cast and producers and George Martin R.R. Martin know.And even then hopefully it will follow the book. Over the years the show has veered away from what is in the books. The folks at SBD says the odds are that Cersei (Lena Headey) could be the first one to go. I do want to see her taken out by Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), who I hope gets the throne. And I hope the dragons survive. Hey wouldn’t it be a great twist if the dragons were the ones standing tall on the throne at the end? One can dream!
