Aimee and Scott, Gwen and Anton, and Lisa and Marcus, all live near each other, on a cul de sac, in East Bethesda and all have become great friends. They get together a lot, watch each other’s kids and share their lives with each other. When Anton is murdered after one of their Friday get-togethers, everything changes. It seems most of these people have secrets they don’t want revealed, even wives and husbands are not in on the secrets. As the investigation of the murder takes place, we slowly learn what everyone is hiding, two of them have been having an affair, one of them has a secret past that has been exposed and blackmail is taking place and one of them wants some of them gone over jealousy. This is a really fun, twisty, soapy novel that you want to keep reading. I love books like these and it’s one you will not want to miss out on.
