Wouter Van Leeuwen came to Los Angeles thirteen years ago as an exchange student and lived with the Dorfman family. He and Dani Dorman soon fell in love and then he up and left, going back to Amsterdam and breaking her heart. Today Dani once again has had her heart broken by her cheating boyfriend and lost her job. She decides to take a job in Amsterdam and start over. When she gets there she finds her apartment is crap and two weeks into her new job the company goes under. While riding her bike, she runs right into Wouter and they’re shocked to see each other. He offers her an apartment in the building he manages for his Grandmother, it will be his once he is married. Dani needs to find a new job quickly or her Visa will run out. They start to become friends again and Wouter proposes they get married to solve both their problems and can divorced in a year. Well, you know how this goes, soon they are feeling those old feelings and having hot sex. When her parents show up it causes issues with everything and now Dani has to figure out what she wants. This is a great rom-com, with a cool setting in Amsterdam. Watching these two reconnect and find each other is a real pleasure, along with some hot sex scenes. Fans of rom-coms will enjoy this one.
