For Eliza Bright it’s the job she’s always wanted. She’s a coder at Fancy Dog Games. Her job includes writing code for sexual activity in the company’s game for the virtual reality upgrade. The she gets a surprise when her code is given the numbers 80085 (boobs). She doesn’t understand it as first then learns. She’s upset and goes to her boss Preston who says he will deal with it. The two guys that did it get slaps on the wrist and required training. Then some other things are said to her and she decides to go to the press, even though she has an NDA. She’s then fired and her personal file gets uploaded to the internet and it causes her life to spiral out of control. She’s being harrassed everywhere and finally flees to a secret refugee called the Sixsterhood. She finally decides to go on offense and to try and confront the person that’s making her life hell.

This is the debut novel from author A.E. Osworth and it’s quite a novel. It hits on all cylinders and keeps readers engaged througout the story. You follow along in real time as Eliza’s life is ruined and the people that are trying to help her and hurt her. It hits on the real life moments of #TimesUp and identity theft. More novels like this in the future and A.E. will be someone to watch for.
