A great debut novel from author Nikki May finds 3 women’s lifes uphended from a woman with a grudge. A psychological thriller that keeps you on the edge of seat from the beginning right to the very end, with twists and turns you don’t see coming. Boo, Ronke and Simi have been best friends for years now and rely on each other. Then Isobel comes into the picture. She was a friend of Simi’s years ago and now has become friends with the rest of the group. Isobel has a charm about herself and soon the women are all telling her their secrets and those of their friends. What they don’t know is Isobel is out to get them because of something from her past and she’s out to destory the three women. And before all is said and done someone will be dead. The story is told from the point of view of each of the characters in alternating chapters and a good look at the Nigerian culture, as the women are all Nigerian. Nikki will be someone to watch in the future.
