The year is 1943 and WWII is in full swing, and FDR, Churchill and Stalin are planning a meeting in Tehran to talk about the war. Word gets out about the meeting and teams from Berlin and Russia are going to try and assassinate the leaders. U.S. army major Richard Canidy and lieutenant Eric Fulmar to go there and stop the assignation plot. It leads to attempts on their lives, the return of the Thorisdottir sisters, from a previous novel, and just who can be trusted among the allies and Germans and Russians. Fans of this series will be happy with this latest novel, the second from author Kirsanow, full of action, twists and a story that W.E.B. Griffin I would think I would be proud of.
