The three wishes for Clemmie are a one-night stand, a job she likes and a soul mate. At the funeral of a family friend, she ends up having a hot night of sex and ends up with a temp job, courtesy of Serena, with Theo Eliot, a hot musical star, it turns out the man she spent the night with. Clemmie is to babysit him for six weeks at their grandmother’s remote farm, where Theo needs to write his next album. It’s weird at first after their night together, but soon they let their guards down and fall for each other until circumstances pull them apart. This is an excellent rom-com, hitting all the right notes, with two characters you root for to be together. With fun supporting characters, this one is a perfect beach read.
