Noland Price was a star football player until he hurt his knee, then was a cop, until he was framed with drugs, and now he is a private investigator. He gets hired to find a man named Arthur Valkenberg, who has stolen money from the construction firm he is a partner in. As he investigates, he finds a dead body in Arthur’s apartment, tracks him down to a boat, where he gets away, and time is running out for Noland to find him, and get a big payday. The more he finds, the more complicated this case becomes, and nothing is as it seems or is able to trust those he should be able to. This is a well-written, fun thriller, with a great lead character in Noland, and a story you want to keep reading along with. Hopefully there will be more adventures with Noland Price. The book is in stores on Tuesday, March 5th from Crooked Lane.
