It’s Thursday and it’s time for Seth to come for his weekly visit with his with Thursday. She is wife number 2 in Seth’s life. He is a polygamist and he sees each of his wives every few days. She wants more time with him but knew what she was getting into with this life. His first wife didn’t want kids, Thursday was pregnant until she tragically lost her baby and cannot have anymore and his third wife is currently pregnant.

When Seth leaves she finds a doctors note with her name on it. She knows very little about his other wives, let alone their names. She is Holly and Thursdays starts looking online for the other two wives and finds out a bit about them and what they look like. Then she takes it a bit further and goes and meets Hannah. She has no idea about Thursday and they start to become friends. Then she notices bruises on Hannah and suspects Seth.

Thursday can’t take it anymore. She is not happy about the arraignment and she and Seth get into a big fight and Thursday ends up in the hospital and the psych ward. She spins the story about what’s going on with Seth, her marriage and the wives. Seth doesn’t understand where this is all coming from.

Once Thursday gets out she’s determined to find out what the truth is once and for all and it leads to shocking reveals and what the truth is and twists you won’t see coming.

Author Tarryn Fisher has written a twisty tale of love, deception and what is and isn’t real that you don’t see coming. A job well done by Tarryn.

You can pick up The Wives in stores on Tuesday, December 31st from Graydon House.
