Rory Yates likes nothing better than being a Texas Ranger and is getting an award for a case he helped solve not too long ago. He soon is on an FBI task force with fellow Ranger Carlos, looking for native women who are going missing. They also team up with Ava Cruz, with the Tigua Tribal police, looking for missing women, who have vanished every year on the summer solstice. Their investigation takes them all over Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. Rory butts heads with the head of the task force, saves a lot of lives, and has his own life in danger numerous times. On top of all this, his personal life is heating up with a potential new romance and/or an old one. This is another great book in the series, number three. Rory is an incredible character, who is smart, nice, can sing and has a big heart. Authors James Patterson And Andrew Bourelle have topped themselves with this next book in the series.
