Hobby Island is off the coast of South Padre in Texas and is considered to have a bit of magic. Eloisa Hobby is rich and owns the island and she uses it as a crafty resort and each year gives out golden tickets to women to come visit and enter contests and to help them out with their lives. Jeanie is a widow and likes to quilt and is part of an online group that Eloisa runs and she has been catfished out of her savings. Her daughter Luna and granddaughter Artie have come to live with her after her husband was killed and she finds out she is broke. They all head to the island for three months when Jeanie gets a golden ticket. On the island, Luna runs into Paul, the man she loved years ago and when a tragedy happened she dumped him. Now she learns the shocking truth about that night and they may have a second chance. The three of them learn, with the help of the island, to move forward and put the past behind them. At its core the book is about family and new beginnings. Another great novel from author Wilde, who never disappoints.
