Beatrice is heading to the birthday weekend she planned for her husband, until she caught him cheating with her friend, and he admits he’s been in love with her for years. Beatrice soon gets her magic and starts to learn how to use it. She also learns about an old family feud with another powerful line of witches from centuries ago, and now one is trying to return and take over the power that his family lost years ago. It comes down to a battle of good vs. evil. At its core, it’s a novel about family. Throw in magic and possible new love, and you’ve got a magical novel full of fun.
