Meredith has had it. She does like her young boss and is ready for a change. She decides to sell her house and move into the Peaceful Pines retirement home, if she can get in. It’s a trailer park for people 55 and older. The problem is she’s only 52. She manages to lie, and when Lois is forced to move, she buys her trailer and moves in, with her cat that is part of the deal. She soon meets her neighbors and decides she is going to bring everyone together, and in return, she finds her life changing in new and exciting ways. This is a refreshing, and fun novel. The characters in Peaceful Pines are well-written, some quirky, and by the time the book is over have all become a family. A perfect summer beach read that will put a smile on your face.
