Willow Lewis was dumped by her boyfriend, the only one she ever had; they had known each other for a long time. The breakup went viral, and it was hard for her to go anywhere without someone knowing who she is. When her brother, Cruz, is deployed overseas, for his Air Force job she comes to Iowa to house sit and take care of his dog. Deacon, who used to be in the same unit as Cruz, is out on a medical issue, and is Cruz’s best friend; they’re like brothers. Cruz asks him to look after Willow, but no funny business with her. Willow decides it’s time for a redo of almost everything she has done in her life, and Deacon offers to help: it also includes sexual stuff. The two soon become close, have hot sex, and fall for each other. Now they have to explain it to Cruz, who will not be happy about it. This is a fun, well-written rom-com, with some LOL moments, heartwarming moments, and hot sex scenes. Watching these two put their issues and pasts behind them is refreshing and will leave you with a smile.
