It’s the Year of the Wood Dragon, in Japan, and that means a dragon box, can be opened, only one problem, no one seems to be able to open it. It’s a cursed box, made decades ago and no one knows what’s inside, and one wrong move with it can mean losing a finger or even death. Mike Brink is a puzzle master, he had an accident years ago, which affected his brain, and there’s not a puzzle he can’t solve. He goes to Japan to try and only has a certain amount of hours to do it. For Mike, it should be a piece of cake, not knowing there’s a group following his every move, that wants the box, and its leader is someone who is dead. This is the follow-up to The Puzzle Master and it’s another great novel. The character of Mike Brink is fascinating, and this is a novel that you want to keep reading. Hopefully, there will be more adventures with him.
