Tess Covington is a contractor and is in Denver on her way to her latest job, fixing up a resort, while waiting to hear back from HGTV about a show. She’s also a non-shifter human, and on the plane ride in, she has been having medical issues. When she gets to the doctor, she is shocked to learn that she ia becoming an omega wolf shifter and there will be a lot of symptoms to come with that. When she gets to her renovation job, she meets Hunter, an alpha-shape shifting wolf, and he can smell her right off, and knows he is in trouble. When her symptoms flare up she goes to him for help, and he teaches her to shirt, and they soon become lovers and develop feelings for each other. When she gets the call from the network, she is torn about going to meet with them, and Hunter encourages her to go, an act of love on his part. He finally figures out that he does want her and decides to make a grand gesture, hopefully in time. This is another fun, steamy, sexy novel that only Lana Ferguson can write. A perfect end-of-the-year rom-com.
