Rory has been working with author Ginevra Ex on her next book. The novel is being based on Rory’s life, and that of her friends and family, and even an ex. When the novel is done, Ginevra sends her on a three-day trip on the Orient Express, all expenses paid, and she finds that her best friend Caro, her brother Max, and her ex Nate are also there, courtesy of Ginevra, and Rory has no idea why. She does get an early copy of the book, and a letter, with shocking news about the other three. With the trip underway, lots of secrets are revealed, and by the end of the trip one of them will be dead. Written as an homage to Agatha Christie’s book (which I never read), it’s more a tribute to General Hospital. It’s soapy, with twists, hook-ups, near death, and a death, and a shocking hook-up, and each chapter is told from a different character. And it’s really fun to read.
