Elizabeth Hamilton Walker is the last descendant of Alexander Hamilton and on this day she dies on the tracks in Harlem, did she jump or was she pushed? Before she died she received a mysterious key and texted a cryptic message to her best friend Sarah. She and Elizabeth’s husband, Ralph, decide to investigate her death and what they find is shocking. There’s a secret society that she belonged to and that Hamilton created. They soon find themselves in a world of trouble, as someone has a plot and in order to preserve Hamilton’s society and his secret, they must stay alive and stop this plot. This is an intense thriller, that keeps you reading along. With a nod to history, this is a great debut novel.
