The setting is Big Cypress Swamp, in Florida, and 20 years ago, a young girl named Francie Farrow, vanished in the middle of the night, taken by a mysterious man, according to Nora, who was sleeping over, The body was never recovered and a man named Paul Jones went to prison, for allegedly kidnapping Nora and taking Francie. Now today a true crime drama is revisiting the crime, with the promise of a shocking reveal. We follow the show in real time and follow along with Jennifer Jones, the daughter of Paul, who never believed her father was guilty and strange things are happening before the finale of the series. When everything starts unraveling, shocking secrets and twists happen fast and furious, leading to what really happened all those years ago. The story starts off a bit slow but picks up major steam by the second half of the novel, by that time you do not want to put this one down. A perfect summer read.
