The debut novel from author Sam Holland is a twisty psychological thriller that is great. It has a serial killer, gory deaths, false leads, compelling characters and everything else you look for in this kind of a novel. A series of gruesome deaths has London in the midst of a serial killer, that is copying past serial killers with each kill. Detectives Cora Elliott and Noah Deakin are on the case, as is on leave detective (and brother of Cara) Nate Griffin. His wife was raped and murdered by this mad man and he was left for dead and he wants nothing more than to solve this case. Also part of this is Jessica Ambrose, who house was lit on fire and her husband dead because of it (and it turns out he was murdered). As everyone gets closer to catching the serial killer it leads back to Jessica and a shocking reveal as to who this person is. Fans of this genre will not be disappointed.

You can pick up The Echo Man in stores on Tuesday, April 5th from Crooked Lane.
