Stephanie runs the newsroom at a TV station in Madison and is on her way to a convention in San Diego. Jasmine works as a waitress in the same city and is in an abusive relationship and has made plans to take off, and is on the same plane and they sit next to each other. Then things go crazy. Stephanie texts her neighbor, Robert, who is watching her cat, she met a man named Trent and is following him to Atlanta. Jasmine texts her friend, Anna, the same thing. Both women seem to have vanished and we soon learn from the various characters what has actually taken place and it’s a suspenseful thriller, filled with lots of twists and turns. This is a great psychological thriller to start the new year with.
