Book Review: ‘The Bone Hacker: A Temperance Brennan Novel’ By Kathy Reichs

When Temperance is called in to examine the body of a man, who reportedly died after being hit by lightning, she’s finds something different, then another body is found. It leads to something much larger, involving the island of Turks and Calcos. Over the last several years, bodies have gone missing, and the two she finds leads to that investigation. It takes her to the island to help investigate what’s been going on. The more she helps out, leads to more questions than answers, until she gets too close to the truth, and someone wants to shut her up for good. This is another good novel in the series, using the island as a great backdrop for the story. Filled with twists and turns, to keep the reader engaged, the 22nd novel is a winner.
