Morgan lives with two roommates, one of them being the ghost of Zach, whom she went on one date with. He drives her and her roommate crazy, and her roommate is threatening to move out. She has no idea why Zach chose to haunt her when he died. Sawyer lost his fiancee five years ago, and she has never crossed over, living with him in the house they bought and were supposed to renovate together. When the two meet at a support group for haunted people, they bond over their ghosts, and she agrees to move into his house, renovate his lawn, and work together to try and figure out their ghost situation. Sawyer is able to see Zach, and they bond as friends, and work with him to figure out what unfinished business he has. Morgan and Sawyer start to fall for each other, and that allows his ghost to crossover, and now they have to not only deal with their growing feelings for each other, but also figure out Zach and help him crossover. This is a heartwarming love story that will touch your soul. Watching these four interact, fall in love and say goodbye is touching, and you will need to have tissues handy. A great rom-com to end the year with.
