Book Review: ‘Secrets Never Die: A Novel’ By Vincent Ralph

Every year at Dom’s Halloween party Sam Hall, his girlfriend, Dom, his sister and one other friend, sneak away to the Dark Place to confess their sins. It’s a way for them to feel better about themselves, and they never tell each other or anyone else what they have confessed. This year is different, as someone is on to what they do, and know all their confessions, and is blackmailing them, and stalking them. They soon learn the shocking secrets each has confessed, and it starts to tear away the friendship of the teenage group, who are close to graduating. They decide to go on the offensive and figure out who is doing this to them, and what they learn will shock them, as it involves people that are close to them. An intense, psychological thriller, that ramps up the twists and turns as you read along. A fun Young Adult mystery.
