Zelda is a 400-year-old witch, who lives in California teaching yoga at the studio she opened. She used to go by a different name, and caused havic with her magic, and pissed off some powerful vampires. She lives a lowkey life now, and on this night a strange, handsome man, named Peter, shows up, and she can smell he’s a vampire. He also has amnesia and there’s an instant attraction between them. When he gets cryptic notes from someone in Indiana, they decide to take a road trip in hopes of him getting his memory back, and Zelda trying to figure out her magic, which she barely uses anymore. They soon fall for each other, and when they get to their destination, Peter remembers everything, it included a plot against Zelda, and she flees back to the safety of her yoga studio. Peter doesn’t want to give up on her and makes an effort to try and win her back. This is the third vampire rom-com novel author Levine has written, and it’s another winner. Vampires, witches, magic and a road trip make for a winning formula. I also recomment her fist two novels for fun times.
