Jess Cole lives in London and is starting her own business, Wyst, an app and site for women. The only problem is that she needs money from investors to get it off the ground. She has not had much luck, and when she gets an invite to submit to Odericco Investments, she submits as a man, thinking she will have more luck, and doesn’t expect to get chosen, which she is. She has to submit to an event, TechRumble, in Rome, and she gets her twin brother, Spencer, to pretend he is the one who owns the company and is the face of the company. Things go well for the company and they are through to the next round. Jess also meets a man, Oliver, and they hit it off and full around a little, until she learns he is the assistant to the owner of the company, and is related to him. As they make it to more rounds, she and Oliver are drawn to each other, and when an ex figures out what she is doing, he threatens to go public about her and it could ruin everything for her business and her potential romance with Oliver. This is a fun, sexy rom-com, and it’s fun to root for Jess and Oliver to be together. The supporting cast, including her brother, are a hoot and easily helps the story along. This is one not to be missed.
