Tate Donovan grew up in a rich family, but no love from his parents. The only saving grace was his sister Sylvia. They were as close as two siblings can be. Now, Tate has gotten out of a psychiatric hospital for depression after his sister died. He is an architect and sold his share of the business he was part of. He heads for Cape Cod to visit with his best friend, Oscar, and help him design his new summer house. He’s staying at an old bed and breakfast and is the only guest. That is, until Wren keeps showing up, and he is the only one who can see her, as she died two years ago. The more time he spends with her, the more he is falling for her, and he learns the shocking details of her death, and is determined to find who killed her, even if it kills him along the way. This is a great paranormal thriller, and it’s what you expect from two talented people like Nicholas Sparks and M. Night Shyamalan. This is one you don’t want to miss.
