Luke Daniels finds out that his kidnapped partner, John Vince, who was taken a few years ago by the Russians, may still be alive, and he goes deep undercover in Russia to try and find him, and rescue him. Along the way he finds out about a secret Russian program, created years ago by former Russian president, Aleksie Delov, which has a nuclear bomb in space, and could be set off with the right codes. Delov wants to use it to take out the current president of Russia. It’s a race against time to stop this from happening, with a lot of shootouts and dead bodies along the way. This is the second of a planned trilogy of novels (hopefully it will continue beyond three books), and it’s an action-packed thriller, with betrayals and twists and turns. Fans of the first novel and the Cotton Malone books will be happy with this one.
