Juliet and Will met in a Scottish bar seven months ago and shared a dance. Now seven months later she’s at her mother’s house and who is next door at her neighbor and good friend’s house, Will. He is hot and is shy and has no game when it comes to romance and his mother is nagging him to get married. As they talk and become friends, she decides she will help him in the romance game. They come up with a plan to do ‘fake’ dates and what to tell their friends and family. As they spend a lot of time together, they fall for each other and take the relationship to the next level, with hot steamy sex. Now they have to figure out where they go now. This is a well-written, heart-warming novel, that you get invested in with these two characters. The first good rom-com of the new year.
