Danni grew up in Boulder, Colorado and now she’s in the small European country of Henland, attending a posh boarding school, on a music scholarship. She knows nobody here, she’s a lesbian in the closet and worried about fitting in. On her first day, she meets Molly, who takes her under her wing and they become fast friends. Also attending the school in her great is Princess Rosemary, who is in line to be the Queen, when her father is done being King. She hasn’t been the best girl lately and is told to clean up her act. She was best friends with Molly, until something tragic happened. Rose and Danni get close, and then kiss, turns out Rose is a lesbian as well. They decide to date but have to keep it a secret until someone leaks it to the palace, So they must figure out a way to keep it a secret or end it once and for all, and it may take a giant sacrifice for them to be together. A well-written young love story that keeps you engaged in their romance. Author Gonzales writes about what every teen goes through, whether gay or straight, in this great young adult romance.
