Toby has a seven-year-old son named Luca, who acts and dresses feminine and marries Alyssa Wright, whose family is rich and led by her grandfather, Jerome, who has a televangelist successful TV show. They drive to their Texas home for him to meet the whole family. Along the way, he gets warnings about going there and when he gets there, he finds all sorts of horrible things. Someone is writing warnings in paint, a mysterious ghost is seen only by Luca, a massive rainstorm shuts down the roads and there’s no cell service. The first night, Jerome is found dead on the roof and the family is trying to pin it on Toby. He soon finds out this Wright family is crazy, they have a plan for Luca, who goes missing, and Toby will stop at nothing to find him and get him out of there. This is an intense psychological thriller, with a ton of twists and turns, you need a scorecard to keep track. This is one you will not want to put down.
