Ella Simone married Elliot 8 years ago and has become a superstar in the music business as an R&B singer. Now she wants a divorce from him but will lose just about everything if she does due to a prenuptial agreement. At the Grammy Awards, she’s paired up with baseball superstar Miles Westbrook, who helps her with a wardrobe issue right before they go on stage. The press plays up that they think something is going on with them. Elliot tries to use this in the divorce case. Ella and Miles are soon put together to play off the publicity and try to turn it into something positive. Of course, the more time they spend together makes them grow close. Now Ella has to figure out how to get out of her marriage, keep her career going strong and she can let herself love again. This is another good rom-com, with two characters you enjoy watching fall in love. A fun supporting cast of characters makes this one a winner.
