Flynn Martin is a TV reporter in Denver and is asked to help in a hostage situation and it goes wrong and one woman dies. She’s blamed, but it’s not her fault. Fifteen years ago Harry Kugel was the PDQ killer of three women and was never caught. He stopped killing and ‘cured’ himself. Now someone has murdered a reporter the same way that the PDQ killer did and it’s feared he’s back, but he’s not. Wanting to clear his name, he reaches out to Flynn with cryptic emails letting her know that he didn’t do it. As she investigates it becomes a game of cat and mouse between them, with him threatening her son, father and friends if she doesn’t expose the copycat and as time is running out he makes dumb mistakes and Flynn finds her life in danger. A solid psychological thriller that keeps you engaged throughout.
