It’s the German Lodge’s Fourth of July celebration in Highlands, Texas, and for Samantha Warren it’s another chance to showcase her drink specials and catering company. There’s a lot of tension this year because parts of the land owned by the German club has been leased to a tennis club, as part of the overall club. The old-timers don’t like it, and Patty Davis (from the old guard) gets into with the rich Angela Clawson (part of the tennis club), who is later found murdered. Patty is the prime suspect, and once again Samantha goes investigating to try and clear Patty, and find the real killer. Another fun small-town mystery, with quirky, fun characters, and a good murder-mystery.

You can pick up Murder Served Neat in stores on Tuesday, February 21st from Crooked Lane.
