Author Jennifer Weiner is back with her next great book Mrs. Everything. It’s the story of two sisters Jo and Bethie, from the time they were young and moved into their new home in Detroit in the 1950’s and then follows them through their lives up until the present day. All the ups and downs they had as they grew and went their separate lives. Each decade brought them new challenges (and Jennifer has a lot of great pop culture mentions throughout the book).
The story has no real major twists as it is just the real life of these two sisters and how they led their lives. So in this regard is it harder to write a review with any real story mentioned. I can tell you it is an awesome book. At the heart of it is family and what these two women go through. I found myself just reading it and not wanting to put it down. It may just be one of the best books of the year!
You can pick it up in stores on Tuesday, June 11th from Atria.
