I love reading rom-coms as they always follow a familar pattern and are easy to read. Some are a lot better than others. Mr. Wrong Number is going to be one of the best ones all year. Well-written characters and snappy LOL dialogue make it enjoyable to read. Olivia Marshall has been having a lot of bad luck lately. She caught her boyfriend cheating, lost her job and burned down her apartment building. She’s forced to move back home and live with her snarky brother Jack and his roommate Colin and his six pack abs and cocky attitude. One night she gets a mistaken text message and decides to answer it and it gets to be a thing and he’s is named Mr. Wrong Number. They have lots of texts and it’s almost like they’re dating but they’re not. Then one of them figures out who the other is and it sets off a panic of ghosting, a fake date and a relationship that has hot sex and misunderstandings. Can Sarah and her mystery man overcome everything?
You can pick up Mr. Wrong Number in stores on Tuesday, March 1st from Berkley.
