Book Review: ‘Make A Wish: A Spark House Novel’ By Helena Hunting

The third Spark House novel centers on sister Harley Spark (19 at the time), who was a nanny for Gavin’s little girl, Peyton, after his wife died in childbirth. A year and a half later she almost kissed him, and then Gavin moved away, and broke Harley’s heart. Now seven years later, he has returned, and Harley is back in both of their lives. As time goes on, they end up a couple, but Gavin’s issues with the death of his wife years ago still haunt him, and it leads to issues in their relationship. Can Gavin let go of the past and commit to Harley now? This is another great novel in the Sparks series. You root for these two to be together, and follow their relationship with extreme interest. Fans of rom-coms will be happy with this one.

You can pick up Make A Wish in stores Tuesday, January 24th from St. Martin’s Griffin.
