Teal Flores is a witch and she has the power of weather and lightning, and when her emotions are spiked, lightning and storms tend to happen. It all goes back to when her mom left when she was a little girl, and took a small piece of her powers and she’s also bi-polar. Her ex-boyfriend is getting married, and she needs a date and asks her childhood best friend Carter to go with her. Their friendship has been off for a while and she misses him. He agrees with a counterproposal, she must marry him so he can get his inheritance. She agrees and will get a part of the money and because she hopes to put their friendship back together and because she has always had the hots for him. They finally act on their feelings, have hot sex and search for her mother, so she can fix her life and get her power back. This is the second book in this series and it’s another good, sexy one. Fans of magical rom-coms will enjoy this one.
