Vivian Kelly has a bad feeling something is about to go down. At the Nightingale, where she works, two strange men seem to be making waves. One even corners her on the dance floor looking for a man that Vivian doesn’t know. Soon these men are making more waves in the club and a couple of employees are dead because of them. When Vivian figures out who the man is, she tries to protect him, but more danger is lurking all around her. Then she learns a shocking family secret and at first, she’s somewhat happy about it, until it turns out the person is a bad seed. It all leads to a shocking showdown and for lives to be changed forever by the time the novel is over. This is the last book in the series, which makes me very sad, I love these books. I hope author Schellman will reconsider and write more. This last novel might be the best one in the series and ends on a strong note. Fans of the first three will love this one.
