Hallie Woods is a reporter, working for Sophisticate Magazine, writing the Overheard in NY column. She hopes one day to be the food critic for the magazine. After a column she wrote about women looking for rich Wall Street bachelors, she’s assigned to write a column about it, using her own experiences. She agrees to do it, even though she has never had a thing for those types of men. Then she meets James Rossi, who has been burned by a woman who only wanted his money. They spar with each other, and then make a deal. He will date her, and in return, she will write about his family’s pizza shop. Well, we know how these things go, and they soon fall for each other. Now Hallie has to decide how to proceed with the article and keep this new relationship going. Another good rom-com, with two people you root for to be together. Watching the banter and them falling is love is heartwarming and fun.
