Lou Thatcher has always been able to see and talk to ghosts and today she lives in New Orleans, in the cottage of her Grandmother’s house, where she runs a ghost tour business in the garden district, where there’s no shortage of ghosts. Adam Brandt also runs a ghost tour in another part of town and is suspicious of Lou and has tried to get her tour cancelled on a few occasions, they don’t like each other. While visiting one of her ghosts, she finds Adam’s body and he’s now an angry ghost. The police make her their prime suspect and with the help of Adam, who knows she didn’t kill him, she searches for the real killer. Lou must be getting close, she gets notes to back off and even a brick through her window. She’s determined to find the killer no matter what it takes and that may cost her her life. A fun ghostly time will be had by all who read this book. Though in some family drama and a cute dog and cat and this is a good start to this new series.
