Following last years great book The Cabin At The End Of The World, Paul Tremblay is back with his next horror themed book. The novel has 18 short stories that are scary, suspenseful and make the reader think about them.
The Getaway involves three men robbing a pawn shop and a driver. The robbery doesn’t go as planned and soon strange things happened to the robbers as they plot their getaway. Growing things involves mysterious vines that are growing everywhere. Food and water is scarce and two little girls are in a cabin by themselves trying to survive while their father is out looking for supplies. A mysterious knock on the front door freaks the girls out. Where We All Will Be could mean the end of mankind with the exception on one man named Zane who seems to know who to survive.
This is just a small sampling of the brilliant mine of Paul Tremblay. The man cannot write a bad book. His imagination is one that we all should have and his writing skills are second to none.
