Book Review: ‘Good Bad Girl: A Novel’ By Alice Feeney

Edith is the mother of Clio, who has put her in a home, against her will. Frankie is the mother of Patience, who works at the home with Edith, and looks after her, Edith doesn’t trust anyone else. Edith wants out in the worst way, and Patience helps her leave. Joy is in charge of the home, and is found murdered in the elevator shaft, and Clio, Patience, and Frankie are all suspects in the death. But what each of the women doesn’t know is their fates are all interlocked, and by the end of the book the shocking truths are slowly revealed. Author Alice Feeney has written one of the best books of the summer. If you’re a fan of psychological, well-written novels, with lots of twists and turns, this is the book for you.
