Tyler Brooks is a Seal team member, who just through a rough assignment, and is recovering, when he gets a visit from Pat Moody, who is head of a secret new squad, Task Force Omega, and he wants Tyler to be a part of it, along with Navy Intelligence Specialist Zee Williams, and a handful of others. It’s involves time-traveling into the future up to 28 days, for 4 minutes at a time. It would be to collect data on future events that they could stop before they happen, like was, shootings and bad things. They find out an attack has taken place in the future, and they need to stop it, but everywhere they go, there’s a shadow group following them, and someone wants revenge on Tyler, and plans to kidnap his young daughter, to lure him out. It soon becomes a game of cat and mouse, of distrust, and having to fight an unknown enemy in order to stop the attack, save his daughter, and their own lives. This is a great action thriller that hits all the right notes. It starts off strong and never lets up. With a great group of other characters, including the annoying, yet skillful Stan, this is a group you want to follow, and with a cliffhanger ending, I cannot wait for the next novel. Fans of this genre will love this one, and it will be one of the best this year in the action category.
