In London, it’s been a year since the attempted explosion of St. Paul’s, and Elizabeth Palmer’s life is in jeopardy on three different occasions. M15 isn’t sure if it had to do with her being part of what happened a year ago, and she takes off to the states under an assumed name. FBI agents Savich and Sherlock (who killed the bomber and is now pregnant) are on the case and Agent Rome is assigned to protect Elizabeth, who once again finds herself in danger, the bad guys have found her, and they find themselves in some serious danger, a return trip to London and a shocking find as to who is after her. Another plot going on involves the Navarro family, Autumn and Tash, who both have psychic powers, as does Savich, and an embezzlement scheme involving Tash’s dad. This is the 27th novel in the series and it’s another great one. The main characters of Savich and Sherlock are well-written and enjoyable to read (and by the end of the novel, she has their baby). It’s another thrill-ride, action-packed novel. Fans of the series will enjoy this one.
