Zara and Henry King, both teachers, are parents to 17-year-old Sophie, who went missing six weeks ago, and they’re no closer to finding her, even after all this time. They’ve look everywhere, tried to talk to everyone that might have known her, and there’s only one person who will not talk to them, the man who lives up the street at #210, who they harass all the time, but he will not talk. In a dual timeline story, someone is on trial for murder a year later, and we follow along with that trial, and it could lead to what really happened to Sophie. This is a well-written story, well plotted, with each chapter told from a different point of view. The trial is brilliantly written, and with lots of twists and turns, this one you will not want to put down.
