Book Review: ‘Find You First: A Novel’ By Linwood Barclay

There’s nothing better than a Linwood Barclay novel to read except when it’s the next Linwood Barclay novel. Miles Cookson is a rich tech developer in his mid 40’s when he’s told he has Huntington’s disease. He doesn’t know how much time he will have left so he decides to start getting his affairs in order. He has one older brother he will leave some money too but doesn’t trust his wife. He has no children but was a sperm donor years ago and decides to see if he can find out if he has kids now that he doesn’t know about. He finds out he has nine kids and starts in search of them. He meets with Chloe and tells her he is her father. They start looking for the other eight but something is not right. His other children are mysteriously disappearing and he and Chloe try to figure out what’s going on and who and why this is happening. And when Chloe is taken, Miles will not stop until he saves her and unravels what is going on.
